An independent engineering consultancy built around one idea: the person who walks your site should be the person who signs your report.
Founded in Tallahassee, built on field work
Ingenia Global Group LLC was founded in 2014 by David Martinez, a mechanical engineer who spent the previous decade managing plant operations for healthcare and food-manufacturing clients across the Southeast. The frustration that started the firm was simple: consulting reports that looked impressive in a boardroom and were useless on a mechanical room floor.
INGG was set up to close that gap. We keep the team deliberately small, we do not sell equipment, and every engagement is led by a senior engineer who is personally accountable for the deliverable. Over eleven years that model has produced more than 1,200 site assessments for owners, operators, lenders and insurers.
Today the firm serves commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and distribution clients from a single office at 610 Michigan Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32309, USA. We have never pursued volume growth for its own sake — capacity is limited on purpose, so scheduling commitments hold.
Who you will actually work with
David Martinez
Mechanical engineer with over twenty years in facility operations and building systems consulting. David leads every energy audit and capital planning engagement personally, and reviews and signs all deliverables issued by the firm.
Focus areas: HVAC plant strategy, ASHRAE energy auditing, capital replacement forecasting, owner-side commissioning oversight.
A small bench, on purpose
Beyond the principal, INGG works with a vetted network of licensed electrical, controls and fire-protection specialists engaged per project. You are told in the proposal exactly who will be on your site and in what role.
We cap concurrent engagements so that promised site dates and draft-report deadlines are met. If we cannot hit your deadline, we say so before you sign — not after.
What we hold ourselves to
Independence
No manufacturer relationships, no installation revenue, no referral commissions. Our only product is judgment, and it is not for sale to a third party.
Evidence first
Every recommendation is traceable to a measurement, a nameplate, a utility bill or a documented observation. If we are estimating, we label it as an estimate.
Plain language
Reports are written so a maintenance supervisor, a CFO and a lender can each find what they need without a translator.
Schedule integrity
Dates in the proposal are commitments. When something slips on our side, you hear it from us first, in writing, with a revised plan.
Confidentiality
Site data, drawings, utility records and findings stay with your organisation. We publish nothing identifiable without written permission.
Practical sustainability
We recommend efficiency measures that pay back on your terms — not certifications for their own sake.
