The terms that govern use of ingg.cl and the basis on which INGG provides professional services.
Last updated: 1 February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ingg.cl and describe the general basis on which Ingenia Global Group LLC (“INGG”) provides professional services. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Ingenia Global Group LLC is a limited liability company with its principal place of business at 610 Michigan Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32309, USA, owned and operated by David Martinez. Contact: admin@ingg.cl, +1 408 292 6282.
2. Website use
- You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use.
- You may not scrape, republish, resell, or systematically extract content from this site without written permission.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or interfere with its operation.
- You may not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content through our forms.
3. Information is general, not professional advice
Content published on this website is general information about our services. It is not engineering, legal, safety or financial advice for a specific facility, and must not be relied on as such. Professional advice is provided only under a signed written engagement covering an identified site and scope.
4. Engagement of services
Services are provided under a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, fee, schedule and exclusions. No engagement exists until the proposal is accepted in writing by both parties. Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.
5. Fees and payment
Unless the proposal states otherwise, fees are fixed for the stated scope, invoiced on the schedule set out in the proposal, and payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Work outside the agreed scope proceeds only under a written change order. Amounts unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is lower.
6. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide safe site access, accurate background information, available drawings and utility records, and a nominated point of contact. Where information supplied to us is incomplete or inaccurate, our findings are qualified accordingly.
7. Deliverables and intellectual property
On payment in full, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the deliverable for the purpose for which it was prepared, at the site for which it was prepared. INGG retains copyright in its reports, templates, methodologies and drawings. Deliverables may not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information in confidence and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. INGG will not identify a client publicly without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INGG's total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, production or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Warranty
We perform our services with the reasonable skill and care expected of a competent professional in our field. We do not warrant that a recommended measure will produce an exact financial result, that a third-party contractor will perform to standard, or that an authority having jurisdiction will reach a particular determination.
11. Cancellation
Either party may terminate an engagement on 14 days' written notice. The client is liable for work properly performed and expenses reasonably committed up to the termination date. Site visits cancelled with fewer than 48 hours' notice may incur a mobilisation charge stated in the proposal.
12. Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any alternative dispute resolution provision agreed in an engagement letter.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
